What to include
Reporting a bug
- The tool you were using (e.g., "Merge PDF")
- What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
- Your browser and version (e.g., "Chrome 130 on Windows 11")
- If possible, a screenshot of the error or DevTools console output
Please do not attach your PDF — we cannot use it (we never see your files), and you should not share private documents over email anyway. Describe what the file is (e.g., "a 12-page scanned bank statement, 4 MB").
Requesting a new tool
- What you want to do (e.g., "Extract all images from a PDF")
- The use case (helps us prioritize)
- Whether you've tried other tools and what they were missing
Privacy or data requests
Because we do not collect personal information (no signup, no contact form storage), most data requests are limited to cookie-based information. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and your rights. For specific requests, email us with a description of what you would like.
Response time
We aim to respond within 3 business days. PDF2atom is a small project, so please be patient with non-urgent requests.
Not for
- PDF recovery — we never see your files; if a merge or conversion failed mid-process, we have no copy.
- Password cracking — we do not break encryption on documents you do not have the password for.
- Marketing inquiries / partnerships — not currently accepting.
