    Common uses

    • Fix page order after merging PDFs from different sources.
    • Move a cover page or appendix to the correct position.
    • Reorder scanned pages that were fed in the wrong order.
    • Organize a presentation or report before sharing.

Before downloading, scan the thumbnails from first to last and check that cover pages, signatures, appendices, and blank separators are where they belong. For legal, school, finance, or client documents, a single misplaced page can confuse the recipient, so keep the original PDF until the reordered copy has been reviewed.

    Privacy and file safety

Your PDF stays in your browser. Page thumbnails are rendered locally and the new PDF is created on your device. PDF2atom does not upload, store, or analyze your document.

    Frequently asked questions

How many pages can I rearrange?

There is no hard limit, but thumbnail rendering for very large PDFs (100+ pages) may be slower. For best performance, keep files under 50 pages.

    Are my documents uploaded?

No. Thumbnails and PDF creation happen entirely in your browser. PDF2atom never receives your file.

    Can I undo a change?

Drag a thumbnail back to its original position before clicking Save. Once downloaded, use Undo features in your PDF reader for further edits.

Does the output keep all content intact?

Yes. Original text, images, links, and form fields are preserved. Only the page order changes.
